A sweet revolution in the vegan, allergen-free first pumpkin seed butter cup in the market. Mindsy's branding strategy propelled Dwarf Stars from niche to notable, blending health consciousness with irresistible taste.

The Business: The chocolate innovator for the plant-based, allergen-free communities.

Aim: Scale from local Canad brand to global market. Brand position to stand out and get picked from major retail stores like Whole Foods, sprouts, and natural food channels. Increase sales conversion D2C.

The Challenge
In a saturated market, Dwarf Stars needed to stand out as more than just another health food brand. The task was to debunk the myth that allergen-free and vegan treats can't be delicious and accessible. Customer Problem: It’s hard to find a variety of plant-based, allergen-free treats in common places.

Objectives & Results

Strategy: First chocolate pumpkin butter cup (13 allergen free) To make innovative allergen-free chocolate accessible to all.

The Big Idea: We believe in creating a world where everyone can share chocolates. (Give access to chocolates regardless of food allergy, intolerance, or ethical choice.)

Product Position: ”Tasty treats that I can share with anyone without worry”

Market Expansion: Providing access of allergen free chocolates to every common places where normal chocolates are available. (From Starbucks, to theme park to airports to retailers.)
