OBJECTIVE

Chosen Foods E-Commerce team needed a strategy to increase sales and reviews on Amazon and online platforms for all product lines. They hoped to gain trust with their consumers and make them repetitive buyers of Chosen Foods products.


SOLUTION

Working closely with Chosen Foods team, we created 4 different strategies to increase reviews and repeat buyers. One of these strategies was to offer a free e-cookbook for customers to download when they purchase Chosen Foods products. This gives the company the opportunity to educate their customers on how best to use the products. Recipes empower consumers to cook fresh and healthy meals with the right products, which converts them into consistent buyers. The cookbook featured a clean layout, fun typography, and 3 exciting categories of salads, wraps and desserts to draw new consumers to the Chosen Foods brand. The digital product was so successful that marketing leadership asked for a print version to use as marketing material at events, trade shows, and as gifts for business customers. In addition to our role in the product’s strategy, concepting, and art direction, we also oversaw production, from choosing paper to approving the exact color outcome for the elegant hardcover book.
